I known I am gonna get boo'd off the stage but this seems really vanilla and un-inspiring

The tune in Gridania had some promise but compared to the original FFXI starting city tunes the ones in ARR so far are, apologies to all that love them, languishing in the putrid bowls of mediocrity.

You may now commence with the Booing and throwing of rotten vegtables.

Compared to FFXI? FFXI had okay soundtrack, but maybe because you essentially surrounded and bathed yourself in that for over eight years that everything else just sounds weird or off to you. I tend to turn music off after a while and run something else in the background to avoid that problem.
