FFXIV RMT, Fishy Players, Or just coincidence?

So, I was running around, on my way to do the level 30 leves at the Cedarwood Aetheryte and well... I ran into a bunch of Tarus (I don't care if they are called something else. They are Tarus.) And well, there where a bunch of them. It seemed a bit fishy to me, and I think it might have been a bunch of RMT bots, or not. Well, I took three screen shots, and here you go.

They where still there, even after I had Gone and did two leves.

Those are RMT bots used to spam chat channels (mostly /tell in this case.) Report them.

What would they be doing at a level 30 area then? I logged on later the day, and and found about three of them still hanging out there.
