Point Allotment

The message says that allocating your points to the stats were going to be permanent. However, it also looks like Disciples of War and Magic have these available to them and the amount of points you receive depends upon the current rank in each of those classes. These are not available to Disciples of Hand and Land classes.

Is this really permanent or are you able to undo your allocation through an NPC?

Permanent throughout 1.20. They are going to make it so you can change them later on but not during 1.20.
