An up to date leveling guide/tips?

Are there any websites or lists stating the locations of good areas for leveling using the ousting method? or any other good advice for quick leveling?
all the resources I can find are from over a year ago and seem sorely out of date.

J9, I think he's referring to some obscure leveling method, "ousting", which might be exploitative for all I know. Especially if someone uses the word, "quick" in there. Word to the wise, the only "fast & legal" method of leveling currently in the game as of Patch 1.20 is powerleveling, even if they've readjusted the group experience.
