Did a double take on the whole "dying" thing.

[dev1207] Changes to Gear Dyeing

[dev1208] Changes to Repairs

First one addresses two points at once: vanity and inconsistent stat numeration.

Second one addresses cosmetic changes and shaves a bit more annoyance so that they'd have less people on the forums with their knickers in a twist. At this rate, they're gonna get rid of repair altogether. Score one for the whiniest of whiners?
