SE said right in the update note that it will be changed to give Haste since the stamina bar is being removed.

When we were talking about the future of the game while you stayed in the present.

Also, they need to get rid of fatigue. Once again my Lancer has been fatigued because I did a 3 hour party last night and went from Rank 23 to 25. Woo?
