So, this was a hot topic for a while with a bunch of work-arounds, but if you open up the nVidia control panel and load or add a profile for ffxivgame.exe, you can set the SLI settings for the game right there. It's a lot more simple than downloading this and that, inserting this and that, and importing settings. Just create a profile for the game in the control panel.
