Got level 25, Smithing and Botany 15 yesterday ^_^ and I've upgraded most of my tools to at least rank 7 if not 12.

If you make it through the first month, then you're in the clear! At least until you forget to put the toilet seat down.

As for my accomplishments... Lancer to 15, Physical level 18, Carpentry to 12, and... searched through the Bazaar area for 2 hours to find a better polearm with no success. I then tried talking to some of the higher-up crafters in Ul'dah, only to find out that 3/4 of them are Japanese, and after a bit of a hassle trying to convey what I needed to them, they just outright refused to deal with me.

It's not like I was being rude, and the auto-translate function I'm sure is a pain in the ass for them to decipher sometimes. (At least, it would be for me, I can't read Japanese)

So... if anyone knows someone selling a fang harpoon, or bronze / brass spear, let me know, I'm on Palamecia.

Achieved level 18 Lancer and paid 250,000 gil for a level 16 lancer weapon. My brother also spent 260,000 on a level 20 Marauder weapon, but at least it will last us a bit.
