Check with your individual Gamestop, mine said they will be selling them on the 21st as soon as they come into the store.

then your Game Stop is breaking the Street date rule and can get in a lot of trouble from HQ, the game is Street dated for every Game Stop for Sep22

I've heard nothing but the 21st, even at Gamestop.

mmm interesting because I have even seen the new mail for it, and it's street dated for the 22nd......although that was some where about 2 weeks ago...so maybe they changed it *shrugs*

Gameplay (UK) already sent me my copy, according to them it should arrive .. tomorrow, and that's the 20th.

Yes, that is the website they are launching, not the servers.

Well, in the language I'm reading it in, English, the only time listed is referring to early access.

People have already received their copies and have installed them awaiting for the go ahead from SE. I emailed Amazon.com about this because I wanted to know when they ship on their "Get it On Release Date" service.

According to their "Deliver on release date", it should be on the 22, as that is the time I should bet getting mine as well.

Servers go live Sept. 22, 10 am in Japan....which would be something like 9pm est on the 21st for us folks.
So, if you have a copy, you should be able to log in to play on the 21st.

For clarification, Sept 22 is for people with the CE, everyone else gets it on the 30th right?

well or SE could release the PS3 version of FFXIV right now, and it would be pretty much unplayable.....oh wait...no that would not be a great idea.

Or they could have delayed the PC version so those who do not have a high end PC could play it at the same time instead of letting PC users get waaaaaayyyyy ahead of the PS3 users.
