          Oh come on people!? Hasn't anyone went into the underground outside of Lima? I forget what its called but you could take some pretty stunning pictures in there.

                  As you typed that I *just* rolled a toon for Limsa. (I had rolled toons on Grid and then Uld first)

                        Toon is synonymous with any MMORPG now. You have people use that terms in GW, LotR, etc. It's a lot shorter than ... character.

                          WoW is the ONLY game I have seen that uses Toon. It just sounds silly too. You character isn't a cartoon, so why use it? Also its Char, which is shorter than toon if you want to go that way.

                          Also, I play GW, and I have NEVER seen anyone use toon, its always char.

                            I've seen that used even before WoW, back in Everquest. You must not play much MMOs...

                              Don't bother, I've been saying there is nothing wrong with using "toon" but some people just can't accept it. I've been playing for many years. Hell, I tested EQ back in the day and we called them toons and I continue to. I try not to on this forum since there are some people that just can't seem to ignore it and move on.

                                All will bow before the insane cuteness of my new avatar, attached below.

                                And if you're wondering why I chose a female, it's because I hate all the male Lalafell voices. I'll likely be a Miqo'te or Elezen in retail, but it's open beta so time to mess around.


                                So Miqo'te and Lalafell (female) both have the same 3 voice options seemingly. All of them are f'ing CUTE AS CAN BE!
