    Can someone explain me how to use utorrent to downlad the updates? because the 30~kb update download is starting to piss me off

      Basically you go rooting through the FFXIV folders to find the torrents for the patch files. Then you use uTorrent to download the patch files and stick them in the correct FFXIV folders. Next, boot up FFXIV and voila, no more shitty 3 day download waiting.

      Lemme know if you get stuck, I'll try to help.

          Well consider FFXI, its a 6gb's install so its not surprising that one of the torrents is that big.

            would you rather dl it at 30 kb/s or 200+ kb/s?

            as TGM said, 4GB is pretty light for a modern game.

              anyone happen to know what quest is after the finishing up the quest in Quicksand? I know there is a side story or something like that dealing with that thermamage.

                Had to get a new HD, so I'm trying this again! Anyone have a list of the updated patch files? I'm hoping to be able to hop on this thing come this weekend!

                    Someone just asked me where to download FFXIV open beta, the mod removed my post, so i forgot where to get it.

                    Anyone mind post that link ? or specifically where you find it in FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta Test Application Site ?

                    nvm i found my posts.

                    Anyhow where the heck do people find their download on the beta site anyway? i still never know until this day.
