Given how completely fucking stupid some of the people who are testing this game are (See: BG forums on Beta Forum posts) I'm not surprised.


I'm sure when it goes live to Retail the social situation will dramatically improve. I say let the retards roam it alone, we'll all be better off without 'em.

yea some people are too dumb to understand mmorpgs and the essence of communities. If they avoid socializing and forming groups with people, then they really are missing out on a huge part of mmorpgs and lots of fun things!

of course there's nothing wrong with going solo in some cases, but they might as well play a Bethesda/Bioware game if they are going to isolate themselves totally.

Were you able to get a key today? If you have twitter send txt messages to your phone when Fileplanet updates their twitter, you'll have a good chance of getting one tomorrow. (Just have to keep the "GET YOUR KEY" page accessible on a moment's notice. And don't keep auto refreshing the page that has temp_closed in the URL... Obviously won't work to refresh that. Have to go back to the homepage and click through again.)

I don't think any new keys were put up today. I tried at 12 am to 3 am and then from 6 am till now and I haven't been able to get one. (Times are CST.)

According to their twitter, they put up keys around 2pm EST. They went pretty fast, though.

And this seemingly random rawr-fps-lag-to-the-face is annoying. Game runs fine otherwise and I don't even meet the recommended settings. xD

I was already a subscriber for something else, and it just happened to carry over for me... Also $7 isn't really that much. It's two of those smoothie things from McDonald's. I can live without those for two days. xD
