Temporary Suspension of FINAL FANTASY XIV Beta Test (Aug. 12)

Currently, we are experiencing technical difficulties with FINAL FANTASY where certain areas of the servers would go down on numerous occassions. The issue is currently being investigated, but we will require some time to address the matter.

Due to these issues, we have decided to temporarily suspend the beta test as of Aug. 12, 2010 at 8:00 (PDT).

Please be advised that we have not been able to determine when the service will be back up, but we will make sure to let you know as soon as it is determined.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.

I find this interesting/funny at the same time since I haven't seen anything about this since beta has started and they are just now having issues.

What if I copy/paste from another person's post on a different forum?

I'd like to know your reasoning for the desperate struggle to stop the flow of information, I mean.. even if somehow you convinced me to stop posting, there are like 50,000 other people posting the same info all over the internet, and so its passed around it'll land in the hands of people not bound by the NDA, and then what?

Anyhow, don't cause drama, or they'll boot us both off this site.

not really trying to "stop the information" because thats foolish to think it can be done, just reword it or something, hell you could have simply said


"hell guys beta is on hold for now due to some connection problems" and left it at that.
