Just announced via the Japanese FFXIV Twitter account, two CD’s will be released on September 29th in Japan. Those CDs are FINAL FANTASY XIV / Field Tracks and FINAL FANTASY XIV / Battle Tracks. Each will sell for ¥1,500(~$15 US). You can check out the site for the CD’s here.
No mention of whether or not these CD’s will make it stateside in physical form, however given Square Enix’s history with their music, an iTunes release seems likely to arrive around the same time. Which will you choose?… OK most of you are probably going to buy both, but it was a good line to end with right?

I already downloaded the "OST", but I would like a CD copy of the official release. Feeb's will you ship me a copy when you get to Japan?

That's probably a bad idea. The few songs that actually have words would be in a language I cannot fully appreciate.

PM me about it when it's out and I'll see what I can do. I don't mind picking stuff up, but keep in mind that I have no idea how quick/cheap it will be compared to an actual import service like Play-Asia. And obviously I wouldn't be able to give refunds or anything.

I have the ticket to the distant world concert for toronto!

I wonder if they going to play more music from FFXIV there.

And why the heck US pay 20 for a ticket and i have to pay 120 for one.... no fair.

Because in the American concert, you have to sit in a concert hall full of Americans.
