mmmmmm thats funny, I though that was a type of Tunic, there is a top part that goes with that and it looks like one whole piece when equipped.... I better look into this, it could be shopped.-------------------------------------------------------------------------

not shopped, the hyur is my char and both girls are in the underwear (despite being in different color) so there's no top part, so its a skirt.Comment

Well the ESRB did specifically mention it as being part of the game.
