BETA obtained on a canceled ID

Yep go it

On a canceled ID, had SE fix it and they reactivated and I can't log on and the beta isn't showing on the "registered services" thing in the account system.

Anybody think I got a chance at getting into the beta?

Call them again. Its probably just a time thing. SE's US support is west coast and they probably haven't made the fixes active just yet.

The email I got yesterday, reactivated the ID today (genius idea to cancel an ID I've used to sign up and it ending up getting into beta. I have that this was one of the brightest things I've ever done in my life)

I hope its a time thing.

i have the same probelm too, any way of contacting the beta devs? since the SE cant help with this issue

There is no way for a non beta account to get in contact with beta devs, and noone in beta can do it for you, because it would be dealing with another account

Try contacting them via FFXI's customer service. They may be able to give you an email address to contact them....or tell you that you are screwed.

No luck, that account is hopeless.

Luckily I got another ID from a friend (3/3 on invites, that boy is lucky) and I got into the beta forum, and I gotta say for an exclusive forum its pretty meh...
