Well I know for a fact that Pooky helped out, even if it wasn't past day 1. I saw him report one bug, and he claims to have reported several.

Wonder how many bugs Kailea got to report? Was he too busy raging about the livestream, and bragging about snitching?

Again, so hypocritical to dismiss other breaches of the NDA, but crucify the one that brings the most benefit to the gamers who don't have the good fortune to be testing it themselves.

Its funny, I do the thing that should be done, and I get hounded by people like you, and even moderators!, this is ridiculous, and sad.
I did my share of testing last night, as much as everyone else could (say could because half the time, people could not log in). I reported many problems I found (of course I am not doing to go over them) and I did it all with out showing anyone a damn thing.

Streaming the alpha like that can and will hurt the game in some form or fashion, thinking it wont is ignorant. I did what I did because I agreed to the NDA like Pooky did, and found it appalling that the stream was there.

NDAs no matter what its protecting, a game, a company project, anything, is there for a reason, and when you agree to it, you should up hold your agreement. People in this day dont seem to rea;ize, just because your on the internet, does not mean you should not have some sort of respect and integrity -.-

I know a few of you mods hate me, why don't you ban me and get it over with? Then I can loose my respect for you in its entirety.

No grey area eh? You know the rules, yet you chose to follow them as you deem appropriate. PICTURES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED, INGAME TEXT IS NOT AUTHORIZED, STREAMING IS NOT AUTHORIZED. There is no "unless they're really pretty, or they say cool things, or the other Alpha testers agree that it's o.k." You dont' get to chose which part of the rules you enforce, or not. You need to grow up man, your an adult, start acting like one.

Good, congratulations, here's a cookie. You're coming across as some gift to SE that was chosen because of your noble blood or some crap. You got lucky, and you think that SE cares about how "Righteous" you are? lol, keep on keeping on I guess
You got picked for the alpha the same random way everyone else did, doesn't make you special, and it dosen't make you the alpha police. Next time someone speeds past you AT ANY TIME, or changes lanes without a turn signal, by your logic, it's your duty to report them. So you keep that in mind. You tell the police exactly what they did, see how that goes over.

I'm being an asshole for one reason: Your justification for your opinion on this matter was un-justified the minute you said that certain things where o.k., and that certain things weren't. Thanks god.

YAY! I found a stream!!!! HYPER MEW!!!!!!!! ^.^

Watched all the beginning up until they when outside and fought some Spriggan thing (lol they got K.O.ed and spriggan lost interest in them and goes away lol.)
I love how when your HP is critical, the empty part of the bar flashes red. I love that health bar effect.

Loved the chat people were making too! lol everyone is so nice.



The funniest thing ever is that in the chat log, someone was mewing like me. xD
You see I didn't invent the mew mew personality. =^^= So people quit being paranoid that it's me. :p
I won't talk like that in FFXIV and I never talked like that in FFXI anyway.

I never said they where ok, because pics and text happen all the time in alpha/beta (but I myself dont condone any of it) but the stream was not only crossing the line, it was hurtling over it -.-

I don't think of my self as "high and mighty" or some "gift to SE" that's ridicules, I am doing what I was asked to do by SE like all the other tester, and if I see something like this while I brows the internet, I will report it. This is not something I was asked of by SE but something that should be done to help make sure the game is protected as much as it can by the NDA, that we all agreed to.

Please explain why pictures and text are not crossing the line, and video is? ITS ALL VIOLATION OF THE NDA, just like you saying your are a tester. What don't you understand about this? There are no severity levels, and you can't just shrug off pics and text because "it happens in alpha/beta all the time".

You act like you were personally offended by the comments a select few trolls were making about the stream. Most of the 1500+ people who watched some of that stream enjoyed it, and I'd bet 99.9% were convinced to buy the game because of it. Your excuse that it HURT the game is complete bull$hit and you know it.

Maybe he would have been caught anyway, because there were surely more butthurt alpha testers than just you, but the fact that you went out of your way to get someone banned makes you .....something I won't mention here. Time to go back to your real life now... FFXIV is a game you know..
