      Either way, I'm going to register the code then re-apply for the beta.

          It says that if you enter the promo code, you will be considered for the PS3 beta. It doesn't mean you automatically get it.. But there's a better chance.

            It didn't say that on mine, lol. It had me choose to click the PS3 beta app link.. in that app, I put in my promo code. So we will see.

              Alright guys, I'm currently waiting on the beta site to launch, then I'll be able to download the alpha client.

              I'd rather not spill all sorts of details that aren't public yet..but if you've got any questions about things that have been made public so far, I'll do whatever I can to clarify what's been vague so far.

              Only one other person on NeoGAF appears to have made it into the Alpha, anyone from here get in?

                      I'm signing up for the beta using the promotional code and it says:
                      "Please enter the 20-digit promotional code you received on the SQUARE ENIX MEMBERS site without spaces."

                      But the code I received when when I registed FFXIII was 4 * 4 characters.

                        check again, when you register the 16 digit registration code, it should give you a 20 digit promotion code.

                          Wait.....that code is 5 x 4 characters. How did I fail to see that earlier?

                          I see what happened. I copy & pasted. Because the e-mail had spaced in it and the box limits to 20 chars it cut the last 4 characters off, making it look like there was only 16.

                                If they decide to revoke Beta access based on leaking info, they'll revoke regardless of what they think of the site it was leaked on.
