At this time, they plan to have English voices for all versions of the game, but provide subtitles for different languages.

Its nice they are adding voice... but at the same time I feel like, if they cant put forth the effort to do it right, don't bother doing it.

Knowing Tanaka he was probably just kidding - _ -' but omg if we really do see something like that... and they DID SAY that Summons will be an integral part of the plot this time...

... are we gonna see a return of the factories by means of the Garlean (sp?) Empire? That would just be all kinds of cool. Knowing SE even if we do get magitek it will likely be reserved for a handful of occasions @ best and not something we can just parade around in ; ; but just seeing that stuff again is enough for me.

Not sure if anyone realized it, but in FFX-2, that was the first time outside of FFVI that they presented an inspired remixed version of MagiTek Armor in the form of Rikku's Special Dresssphere: Machine Maw.

That would be amazing if FFXIV has magitek armor, though considering the potential firepower they may have, it would probably be reserved for special events and specific story instanced battles.

That FF6 picture always made me think of like a robot chocobo, which I lovingly refer to as Mechabo. If it's available in 14, I hope it's just a choco alt skin. Because then I'd laugh.
