    1) Mob regeneration. Please SE remove this ability from mobs in XIV. If the enemy doesn't have any healing abilities, then it's HP should stay right the hell where it's at until it dies. What the hell is the point of RR in an assault or major battle when the enemy can just fully recover in a matter of seconds?

    It seems reasonable to me though.. They don't want to make it too easy right? I do recall WoW and EQ doing the same thing..

    Plus by the time you get back to the mob, they'd most likely would have regenerated by then anyway.

    SIMPLIFY THE GAME! I don't mind hidden factors etc that you need to figure out on your own to an extent, but Gardening just takes it too god damn far. Go check out Pikko's Pots and then try telling me Gardening isn't needlessly complicated (hence why I don't do it despite it being potentially very easy money)

    And gardening was kinda confusing. I agree.. But it was actually fun at the same time. But frustrating also.

    Like I tryied to grow some gold nuggets (atleast from what I can remember) and I had all the mats for it followed the directions and to my dismay.. no nuggets.

      Monsters have to have at least a little natural health regen. Being able to throw bodies at something until it dies because it never regains health would be terrible design.

        I just though of something, while checking bazaars.... make some way, to be able to check for an item through multiple bazaars. Choose a radius (set by the game of course) and it would let you search for an item through all the bazaars in that radius. Then give you names of vendors and prices for that item across those bazaars.

            Natural Auto-Regen, yes. Complete HP recovery if left unatended* for less than 5 minutes, no.

            Maybe some kinda of penalty for wiping, like the mob becoming slightly enraged (edit> with the effect proportional to the amount of HP the NM had left) if you wiped as long as you had time on the BC. But not massive HP recovery.



            *On BC and trigger fights onry, NMs on the field are another story.

              Think about it though. Mobs have stats too so their regeneration rate may be higher than yours depending on the mob.

              and really.. it's just how it is in MMO's

                Would be pretty cool if SE implemented a system where you could set up exactly 1 shop without having to leave the character at that location. You would go to a zone, stand where you want to leave the shop, choose how the items to sell and their prices, and just leave. Money could be sent directly to your delivery box, and you could resupply the shop by returning to it. If you wanted to set up a bazaar elsewhere, the unsold items would be returned, and the old bazaar removed.

                    I actually liek the bazaar system. You don't have to go AFK when you want to sell something like most games make you do. You can go out, and kill stuff as you are selling stuff in your bazaar. But, there should be a limit of how many characters can be up at a time in a zone with out moving with their bazaar up.

                    Like you are afk for like more than 30 mins with your bazaar up, you get disconnected to help reduce server clutter unless you do /away or something like that. Other than the server clutter that is caused by all the AFKers, I do like the bazaars.

                      Potentially, that could double the amount of things you have to load onto the screen and the server has to keep track of.

                        That doesn't seem all too different from how it is now, where people will often leave a completely separate Lv.1 character standing somewhere 24/7 selling stuff. Granted, that requires a mule, but you would have to ask yourself how many people are going to set up a permanent shop at a location instead of selling their stuff at an AH.

                        Also, these are PS3s, I would hope they can keep track of that shit.

                          Reminds me of good old crappy Ragnarok Online where only Merchants/Blacksmiths could set up a Bazaar and you had to learn the ability. Going through Pontera was a bitch though as it was nothing but a sea of text bubbles...

                            Well if you're all wiped out I don't see why it would stay at 1%? lol..

                            Look at it this way.. MMO's are videos games. If you lose on a single player game, the bosses life doesn't stay where it was or SLOWLY regenerates.. So is it unfair, or challenging?

                              I don't see the point of the Bazaar system...

                              ...other than the incredibly useful activity of placing a flower or a choko for 999,999,999,999 and some odd Bazaar comment that is.



                              But seriously, I understand the convenience of say setting a Bazaar in Selbina, or maybe sky, remote zones like that. But just outside Jeuno? Flea Market feature ftw?

                              There has to be a better way to handle that without having 30 AFK characters just outside a main city. Although I think considering a Vending Machine system would be an interesting starting point.

                                Somehow I doubt SE will do anything about it though. I'm sure they enjoy the extra monies from all those mules far too much.
