    A Certain Adventurous Black Mage: Firewind's Adventures in Eorzea

    Basically going to be a screenshot dump of my misadventures in Eorzea

    Epic FATE to decide the fate of Silver Bazaar


    I found some Gobbies and was a little cautious but thankfully they have been nerfed a LOT since FFXI


    Someone at the desk must have reached for the can opener

    It looks like I'm ready for the upcoming Rugby season


    Fighting my first NM. One of the best things they added in Phase 4 is your DoTs and debuffs being highlighted in green. It makes like so much easier.


    Tanking is something that all Action Wizards should learn. Ask Mezlo if you don't believe me.


    Did I mention the Chocobo hats?


    I was going to make an Ice pun here but Black Mages are too awesome to lower themselves to that level


    The game world is beautiful. It really is.


    Limas's Border Checks are seriously lacking. Look at all the weapons we snuck through


    PROTIP: Always set the Aetheryte Plaza for each city as a favoured location. You will save a fortune in teleportation bills.


    Limsa seriously has a Carbuncle problem

          I worked out the most efficient ways to get my main levelled during P2-P3. Plus a few FATES here and there.

          That and I get actively involved with the community. I always know a person who I can team up with so I can sit through the story quests quite comfortably. Plus we Roleplayers tend to be very good as finding the most efficient ways to level so that is out of the way and we can do more social things.

                Pet tooltips. Some of them are great. A lot of the item tooltips (especially Key Items) have jokes in them like how Blizzard like poking fun at themselves and refeencing old games, or hanging a lampshade on how absurd some quest items are. I think someone at Square Enix must play a lot of WoW.

                  The Wanderer's Palace is a BLM's playground and is really easy to Speedrun even if you do stop to kill all the unskippable mobs.

                        We got bored while waiting for an FC mate to get ready for Hydra (we were helping him through it). This Mech Waterfall actually caused someone's PC to overheat and crash.
                        I don't think I'm supposed to be able to get up there...
