Good server for a new player?

Mwahahahaha I've always wanted to post one of these threads.

But seriously, are there any differences between servers or is it just like XI where it doesn't really matter?

Also, if there are a good amount of players from DiV in the same server I'd probably be interested in playing there, if only to troll them.

So, any suggestions?
