Service accounts and guest passes

Here's the situation:

I couldn't get a copy of the CE because I live in the middle on nowhere. I'm in town now and all the copies are sold out. My friends all have the CE with guest passes. I have ordered the game on Amazon.

Is it possible for me to activate a guest pass on my SE account, and when I get the game in the mail, add the retail code to my service account and continuing playing as normal? I basically just want to play with my friends because they are going to leave me behind lol.

No idea for sure but I would hazard a guess at yes. They wouldn't have guest passes so that they get you hooked on a game and then not let you keep that character if you decide to buy and subscribe.
