Optical Hat or Walahra Turban?

I have both but am curious which is better. I am assuming I should use the Walahra turban when I am in parties but what about when I go /nin and am soloing? Is Optical hat better?

From a damage perspective, it depends on the amount of Haste you have without the Turban. Assuming your only Haste is the spell, then the Turban is better as long as your hit rate is over 80% without Optical Hat equipped.

More or less, Optical Hat if your hit rate sucks, Turban otherwise.

Personally, and this is me talking, but I say turban. If you're serious about WHM melee then you should get Reverend Mail, and that's gonna do a lot for your accuracy. I've never parsed, but my accuracy is quite good on WHM, even without capped club skill, and half the time I've left half my gear on my mule. Ohat I guess if you're trying to skill up or if you're gonna hit something with really high evasion, basically I'd default in turban and if you find you're not hitting enough, put the Ohat on.

Optical Hat, though it would be nice if it didnt look like a level 12 hat.

Both. Always both.
I use turban most of the time, O Hat when I'm missing a lot or against big NMs and mobs etc, also most people TP in turban and ws in O hat.

O hat for mobs you have trouble hitting and Turban otherwise, simple and easy to remember.

Hell yeah, Gekko has 95% acc, so there's no point in an O-hat.

My hagun on the other hand has a tendancy to....miss the mark....so I wear a funny pointy hat when ever I cum.
