Spell Skill Caps

Hey folks, I was wondering if someone could direct me to a list of spell skill caps. For instance, what level is my healing skill capped at while I'm level 9 (it's currently at 19, wanna know how high I can get it before I start partying.)

I personally prefer the second one, since there isn't all the cross-referencing with everything to get the number you want.
