    The stat bonuses are 1 higher than the Pluto Staff, which matches standard +1 procedures. The only problem is that the Pluto Staff is itself a +1 Dark Staff, meaning this would be a +2. The color in the icon box should be blue, not white. That would indicate there was some other weaker weapon also similar to a Pluto Staff at the same level as these three.

    In addition, by extension of normal +1 procedures, the damage is correct, but the delay should be 346, not 236. The stat bonuses would be correct, but the light elemental bonus should be +25, not +33. The MP regen would remain 10 since the Dark Staff does not increase in its +1 form. Alternately, 11 might be an acceptable change.

    Given S-E's prior behavior, althought these staves are arguably some of the most profound changes introduced to the game, something such as this would not be given to us. Besides, updates are scanned for new equipment, with stats available to peruse on the internet even before players figure out how to acquire them.

    Nice try, but if you wish to play a practical joke, please attempt something more believable.

      Fake. And if it were real, it'd be like bside said, and you'd need to be getting more than 50 MP per tick with no weapon for this staff to be better than a Dark Staff.

        If this were in the dats or in the game it would have spread like wildfire by now. This would unbalance the game horribly so they would never put it in.

          tolk the % from the light staff, upped it to 20, and then changed it to MP recovered wile healing + 20% (rather then +10, the digit). And all the stats are up 1 as well as the elemental resistance.

          Yeah if I had a Relic weapon with the +20 acc and chance of tripple damage, and then add the effect of aspir onto every hit, I would get massive MP and deal massive damage, but theres no gameshark for FFXI. As easy as mages have it this is kind of lame, but if you realy wanted to make the perfect weapon it would be a sword or club, with low delay, massive damage, uber stats, Attack, acc, and hell, just thrown on every +1 elemental staff effect onto it, and the effect of EnAspir, yeah then you would be totaly broken. D2 anyone?

          OH how forgetful of me, lets throw subtle blow +10 and store TP +10 to it, as well as Haste +100%, enDispel, EnWeaken, and En everything else in the game (EnApocolypse).

                  Like someone already pointed out, it is already inferior to dark staff unless you get over 50 mp per tick without dark staff, which doesn't happen. Nice joke though.

                          wouldn't +20% to mp recovered while healing be like 20% of current mp refil? so if you have on first tick 50 mp its +10? if its 10 mp +2?

                          also all the 3s are copy and pasted from the original 3 :x so if you copy paste it into paint and zoom in o.O the 3s show up as being copies
