Wizard Cookies are +6hMP for 5 minutes.
Chocomilk is +5hMP for 3 hours.
Chocodelight is +6hMP is 3 hours.
Those are the big guns, though quite a lot of foods give +2 hMP (such as HQ pies and sweet rice cakes)

Roast Mushrooms (30 mins) also give +2hMP and Witchkabobs (1 hr) give +3hMP. Both give you a nice mnd boost and -Enmity too.My Signature. Now with 50% more processed ham product than those other leading signatures.

Re: Mp recoverd while resting Gear
If you sub RDM, at level 30 the Warlock's Earring is +1hMP. Then there's Boroka Earring at 49 with INT +1 and +1hMP, and Relaxing Earring at 65 with +2hMP. Your AF+1 head is +1hMP, the body is +5hMP, and the legs are +1hMP.4 out of 3 people have a problem with fractions. . .
