White Mage Solo Renkei (WS) macro timing

Does anyone know the Renkei macro timing?

1st macro

/ws "Black Halo" <t>
/wait 4
/item "Icarus Wing" <me>
/wait 4
/ws "Hexa Strike" <t>

2nd macro

/ma "Holy" <t>


Is that just about right? I tried 2 seconds after black halo, but couldn't use item. I know it's better/faster manually, but doesn't always work.

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

EDIT: I guess no one either tried it, or it worked. I havn't tried this recently because of influx in prices. No one bothered to reply either T_T.
