though for some outpost warps you do need to be high enough in level to get there
Dunes: lvl 20 or above
Terrigan: don't know though at lvl 62 i coudn't get a outpost warp there and yes i have done the supply quests to all the outposts except for the ones connected to Bastok and Windurst, god i want those so badly

cape terrigan is 65 with a 650 gil teleport fee if you have control. might be 2k or so otherwise.

all i have left are Gustaburg and Beaucidine Glacier (thought I got that one too ><)

ow and i don't know the full price list of the outpost warps, maibe you can share with us the price of them and pro region, might be good way to compare prices
and maibe if WHM should raise there's

i only know a few from memory but what i do know is:

min. op tele level * 10 = gil to OP tele when you have control

ie. level 20 to goto starter areas, dunes and buburimu (20 * 10) => 200 gil for OP tele
+600 otherwise > 800 gil if don't have control

qufim: level 25 => 250 gil for OP tele, 1k when don't have control

pashow, jugner, meriphat & Kazaam(?) are in the next tier, all i know is i can OP tele there with my subs, whm 38 & blm 37

i think somepage has a full listing and prices

all i know is barring the fact i still nead beaucidine and gustaburg i can op tele from/to anywhere with my main
