You should just heal them a bajillion times so much that you have solid aggro from argus then run away with it until you get far enough away (as they are unawares that you did this to follow you quickly) so that they auto disengage then you claim argus. Technically not stealing as your just helping them with some healthy healing and that fact that they are using 3rd party programs means they cant report u for it.

Yeah, I don't understand why people are trying to royally f@#k WHM's with our spells. It's hard enough to farm even without the gilsellers everywhere. But on Rag, Raise III's prices are skyrocketing, and it's usually due to one person that I've seen sell 10+ scrolls in the last month *cougharshescough* Just don't give anyone a raise II or III that you suspect of jacking up the prices on the spells.

noone can really 'jackup the price' of Raise III...

They go up because people are willing to pay that much for it. If you got a rare drop from a hard BC fight, wouldn't you want to sell it for as high as people will buy them?

It's just supply and demand. More and more WHM are reaching R3 level and is out looking for one. Few can really take the HNM without being in a HNM LS, and the KSBC is really tough with a bad drop rate.


As long as there are people willing to pay that much for it, and the drop rate stays crappy, it will keep going up until it's no longer so.

By "jacking up" he means, there is like 1 LS mainly, that are pulling in R3 scrolls like no tomorrow, but they are only putting 1 up for sale as 1 sells, and after each sells, another few hundred k on top.

So, they are making the supply...even with low demand, there will only be 1 or 2 scrolls on sale, and youll have to pay their price, or move over ":3

Yes i have to agree with pillow, you cant really jack up prices on something that is rare and that not everyone can easily get. Only two known ways and one (HNM) is not availible to every single WHM out there, leaving the KSBC which makes it really hard to get since you only get SO many of those seals and its low drop rate does not make it better. Leaving only the lucky people who are in HNMLSs to get them, or lucky people in the BC, or the people who are flithy rich to get them =/

Yeah, that's what I meant by "jacking up." There is an elvaan WHM named arshes, I've seen about 10+ Raise III scrolls sold by him in the last few months. Each time he sells them, they've risen by about 300k per each. Two months ago, Raise III was about 600k on Rag. Now, it's 2million.

Hindsight is 20/20 they say. I remember being a mid-50s RDM checking prices out of boredom...I remember wondering why Raise3 (such a useful spell) was so cheap. Two things ocurred to me...1) Not many 70+ WHMs so demand was too low; 2) Spell was readily available. Now, there was some part of me that knew I wanted to take WHM to 75 and thought it would be beneficial to go ahead and buy the spell now since it was available and I had the gil. However, that was back in the day when I only had one mule (as opposed to my 4 mules and 2 characters now) and had just decided to level it too and I had only done one gobbie bag and no mog expansions. Every inventory slot was precious and I just couldn't bring myself to carry around a spell I wouldn't need for months and months.

If I could turn back time, I'd have created 10 mules and bought one scroll for each mule and be a rich taru today. ; ; Instead, I am now faced with the prospect of paying millions upon millions of gil for a spell I once scoffed at for its low price tag.
