Raise III drops/rarity

Anyone try the Yaguado High Priest? You know the one that guards the spot for Genkai 3? (I hate that Bas***d). I didn't do any research, I just started reading about this and decided to post.

The Worst part of Raise 3 is that, YOU don't even benefit from it. It's the OTHER players that benefit. So for them to benefit, they need to SHAFT you on your gil. (I don't understand.) Then they wonder why some WHM do not have raise 3... gee I wonder... maybe because you jacked up the prices for the poor whms? Oh and if you are trying to compare with other jobs yes it's true that a Habergeon costs 2.5 mil or whatever, but atleast you can resell it to recover costs. I can't resell Raise 3 from my spell list.

I was lucky or unlucky to get mine on Shiva for 300k before I changed servers. I didn't bother looking on Remora yet, I was looking foward for my reraise 3 ^_^. only 200 something exp lost per death, gotta love it. (However doesn't work if you get disconnected while dying -_-.;

LOL all of my WHM friends that are around the 'I need gil for Raise 3' level were joking around one day that we were going to write the names down of the players selling the scroll for so much and if they ever needed a Raise 3 from us that we would ask for our gil back or they won't get a Raise 3 from us. Of course it was just a joke or for me atleast it was. I heard it is up to 2.2mil now on Midgard. I havn't even glaced at the AH since I saw it for 2mil. I am just happy that I have numerous friends that are willing to waste seals on me for the BCNM.

Yeah, I'm just starting to level White Mage now and a friend just recently commented on the price of Raise III.. At this rate, by the time I get to 70, it'll be up to 5 million or more.

Personally, there's no way I'd spend millions of gil on Raise III, which I can't even *use* on myself. If the people I adventure with want me to have it, let them help me obtain the scroll from whatever drops it. Otherwise, I'll do without.

Honestly, if people started a campaign to simply stop buying things at these ridiculous prices, the price would undoubtedly go down, as long as enough people on the server participated. I understand people want to make money, but prices are becoming ludicrous.

Yagudo High Priest drops Raise II, not Raise III. The only NM I can remember seeing drop Raise III that I've killed is Kirin.

ENM drops now R3 as well.

Dunno with one of the uncapped, could be the Attowa or the Range one.

Raise 3 on cerberus is 4 million plus now... I am leveling bard as a second job/income source. I am willing to level more then one job to save up for beastmen seals and kinders as well. If I don't get a drop from the BCNM I might ask my linkshell to help me hunt the monster that drops it but if that fails I will go back to plan A. Or find other ways but I refuse to support 4 mill and rising.

I was really excited to see the price drop on Midgard after the patch. At one point they were selling for 1.5 mil. Still a considerable amount but much more reasonable. The other day I checked the prices again and saw they jumped back up to 2.5 mil. So I fear that by the time I need the spell, it will be 3.5-4 mil.

R3 seems to be around 800k on our server now, not a bad drop.

"Sheep in Antlion's Clothing" seems to be the only uncapped ENM fight that doesn't drop Raise III.

Sorry, but I doubt the price of Raise III will drop on our server.

It's Midgardsormr we're talking about...the price has already dropped quite a bit on most servers but ours is still a healthy 2mil+.

Yes I know. I wish I would have had the 1.5 mil right after the patch. ; ; Just looks like I'll be waiting a while to get it. Asking people to go and do a bcnm or enm so you can get the drop is totally out too. No one wants to part with that much $$.

@TheGrandMom: Don't you have a LS where you have some friends in it? It's hard to belive that noone wants to help to get a Scroll for a WHM in a ENM, since you don't loose any Exp in it. It is uncapped, but it's not that hard i heard.

Just give it some time. There are more and more ENM groups forming as people see the (currently) large amounts of money to be made from these battles. Sooner or later the market will stabilize, as the number of copies of Raise III increases and the population of WHM70's "catches up" with supplies.
