banish III

On several sites, I see that the spell Banish III is listesd as a whm spell, lvl 55 or so. Yet in game in see no traces of this. So is it in the game, if so where might I aquire this. Thanks.

It's in the game, but only usable by monsters. Same goes for Banishga III, Diaga II, Dia III and Bio III.
