I do that anyway. I've kicked tanks out of parties during battle in the dunes, and let people die in many other places...no remorse. I'd rather save the pt from a bad player than worry about my reputation and some exp. However, I'm not afraid to die for the party, either...no mp, a few aoe attacks have gone....Then I benediction and let sweet death come. It's no biggie...I always think of the majority first.

As a RDM, I will tell you this much:

If the party is worthy, I will spam Cure and Nuke till death w/ my 2 hour.

If not, my 2 hour is used for Warp... or if I actualy hate the party and want to watch them suffer: Sneak, Invisible, Deodorize and popcorn.

No you're not in the wrong. There's no way you would get there in time to raise them, before they would get irritated and find someone else. This is a problem I had when I played with my old whm.

I would raise anyone, but depending on distance, they may have to wait. Oh the raise is coming, but geez they get so impatient. Only times people would wait, if it was someone I've raised more than one time, and usually remember me, they'll wait no matter what.

And when I say distance, I use to have people all the way from DUNES tell me for a raise, while I'm in Jeuno.

Since they slapped you and blisted you, I think there is angsty reason behind that. They have probably been told 'no' too many times by other whms.

Oh well, we aren't maids and it's really not our obligation to raise anyone, outside of a PT.
