Morning.
Finished my Star Necklase S.O.B quest the other day and tried to get the final quest from the S.O.B. leader. However after zoning / waiting 20 hours he won't give me the quest. Keep spweing something along the lines of
"Something happened while you was away.. Oh actually nevermind, I don't want to talk about it right now."
Its not a fame issue as I have max fame in all areas accept Norg, and Norg is high enough to get Leviathon Fork so its not really lacking their either. Am I speaking to the correct person to get this quest started?

Edit >> Solved it. It seems I have another SOB to do before the Promise Badge Quest. Spoke to the NPC who wants the Star Spindel and got the next quest.
