I just came up with this the other day. Leveling a RDM and BST, im used to equipment change macros and how good they are. For all you WHMs-in-training who bite their lip and refuse to Benediction cause its suicide, consider this:
Using Equipment Swap Macros to put on +HP gear then /wait 1 then benediction. My WHM in Valkrum has not died yet from 4 Bene's (And im a taru!) And +Evasion gear wouldnt hurt either
