Well, I guess you can hold out with only Raise II but really for me it's something more than that. I *want* Raise III, and I don't want to meet the level requirements without that scroll ready to go. To me, getting Raise III and Lv70 will make me cross that line that divides 'semi-high WHM' and 'high-level WHM'.

I feel the same way too. Although I am in a static, I still want the scroll at 70, because I won't feel complete without it.
I am hoping we can do as little KS-30 fights as possible for the drop, maybe even the turtle god.
Hoping we can go destroy Lab. of Onzonzo again later today.

The last one i saw on Alexander was at 3 mil with a few bazaars having them for 2mil in lower jueno, but that was a couple of days ago.Comment

Heh, my WHM is only 51 so I had no intentions of buying it so soon and putting it in my already full mog safe. When I read "New methods of obtaining the spell "Raise III" are being considered." I got happy and made me want to hurry up and start mining to update my WHM scrolls and level the job again.Comment
