Okay this pissed me off so much last night,I was buying Slow and Aquaviel and selling fire crystals and crab then i am hit with a /tell "Hi would you might PLing me i will pay" and i am 13... 13!!!!! how the hell am i gonna PL someone when i can get XP from the same thing that there killing then a little later i am hit with another /tell "can you PL me and a friend" I was so pissed i told the LS i had to log off cause this was a main reason why I quit WHM and went to another server when will they ever learn i am just waiting to hit 30 so i can change to Bard and put this behind me and also so i can get pissed off from people /telling me asking if i wanna BCNM but... at least its something new - -

but i think the funniest one i ever saw was when a guy asked me to raise his buddy. i said sure i would love to do it in 10 lvls. because i was only lvl 15, next tell he sends me is his name an position. i told him i couldnt raise his friend til i was lvl 25. an that i was only lvl 15. 2 more tells later i blisited that dude for the rest of the night...
Nin75, Bst75. Drk61, War61, Rdm40, All other jobs are 37. All 3 starting city missions completed. All Zilart missions completed. All CoP missions completed. TouA completed.Comment

you know that kinda ticks me off too, because people cant seem to understand that we have things to do and we dont just wait for someone to ask for our help, i mean one time i was plvling my friend, and ppl kept asking me for raises (this was in the jungle) or plevels, i tried to explain that i was busy and they act like i should drop everything for them, even though ive never met them..
my policy is i will plvl only people i know, and most of the time i will only raise people in my LS, or ppl really close by..

exactly, we are not just lvling up for there own personal gain we got things to do as well that dont include PLing ppl that dont give anything in return but a little gil, if i wanted cheap gil i can go farm for it in Ghelsba Outpost, only time I PLed a group cause they paid me 5k, which was nice, but I had such a fun time with the group cause they actually talked to me that i gave it back, later I regreted it cause it would of paid for a spell that I wanted ; ; cause stuff on the AH sold,but oh well live and learn.People look at the world and think why, i look at the world and think why not.Comment

I saw someone post that when asked to powerlevel, he responds that his going rate is 10k/hour.

What's more annoying is when a friend pesters you to PL his other friend :\ Sigh
Most annoying thing: Last night I was in CN with a party as a 44smn/whm and some dead guy /tells me to raise him. I respond that that is impossible for me to do at my current level and he responds with a rather common obscenity. Oh well, at least I don't have to worry about the rank 1 noob /telling me again lol

Unless someone is exceedingly polite I don't even bother replying to tells. You'll get them all the time. Port, pl, escort, af, etc. I can guarantee your life will be much better is you ignore any tell that:
1)Doesnt' describe what they want, ie. "Hi"
2)Uses any aol speak like "u" or "plz".

There is a wonderful button called "hide profile". Early on as a whm I turned this on because people would constantly bug me for numerous reasons. Granted, i have a set LS/PT, but if you just turn it on when you are seeking, that will tone down your random /t's a lot.

That's the problem. Either you personally start every last group, mission, and quest group that you want to participate in, or the /anon flag has to come off sometimes.Comment
