O scroll of slow where art thou

OK this is gettin tedious heh. So far ive checked jueno,bastok,salbina,windurst,AH's and i cannot find a SINGLE scroll of slow. I looked at the spell list given to me by a very helpful person in my post below and it says that this scroll can only be bought in the nation that is leading in conquest. Well ive been to Sandoria, bastok,wind and, as i said, just bout everywhere else. This is is on the Fenrir server btw. Am i missing something here? I remember before i chose to be a whm seeing the scroll sold in port windy but now its not there....i just dont know what to do :/

I believe the Windurst Magic shop sells them. (Well thats where I remember getting mine anyway)

It's only sold by the nation first in conquest if you're a citizen of that nation. Otherwise, you'll have to ask someone to buy it for you, wait until your country is in first, or buy it at AH.
