holy ampulla?

i saw the holy ampulla on the jeuno AH under ranged items/ammunition. seems pretty cool to get use out of the useless ammunition slot and get xtra mp and mnd stat. unfortunately goes for 80k on my server. anyone know what drops this?

It drops from NM Wuur the Sandcomber in the sea grotto.

Its a 2hr lottery pop with other Spring Sahagin in the Area (H-9). Im not sure the minumum level needed, it was easy solo at 70.
