Locus is, as usual, quite correct. No Raise II = no parties after level 61.
Even at level 60 (granted, I haven't been playing my WHM hardly at all lately other than to Teleport around), I find that having Raise II in my search comments is a big plus for getting party invites.
WHM without Stona, Cure V, and Raise II at 61 = Red Mage without Refresh and weaker Enfeebles, and I think most everyone knows how often sucky RDM get party invites, right? ^^
