Can someone tell me now I start this quest?
I read that you have to receive the offer of "The lost Manitou Arm of Bolghertz".
Who do I go to for this?

I believe (if memory serves me correctly) is you speak with someone in the armor shop in Upper Jeuno. He will give you a quest for the "Lost Manitou Arms".

From there, you just need to Crawler's Nest and kill Helm Beetles, Wespes and I believe Knight Crawlers for a coffer key to get your AF4 ^^v

pretty sure all our af quest are given by the guy in sandoria church 2nd or 3rd floor

whm af1-3 are given by the guy in san d'oria / prince pieuje. and the coffer afs "4-6" are given by guslam in the armor shop in upper jeuno.
