Holy Shield (lvl 50 whm) - how to obtain?

anyone know how to obtain this other than buying for 280k range form auction?

is it crafted, or is it dropeed by anything?

it's crafted using the drop item from an nm. so AH is pretty much the only way to get it, especially since a party of lvl 50 doesn't stand a chance aginst that nm.

Divine shield dropped a lot in price on Ragnarok, it was 1mil+ when I bought Holy shield. It's 400-500k or something now.
