    Actually, don't use <t> to display the selected target. It usually won't work. Instead use <lastst>.

    So the macro would be:

    /ma "Cure II" <stpc>
    /party {Cure} II --> <lastst>

    That will work in every situation.

    Also, there was another thread recently about putting chat lines in Cure macros. It's generally not a good idea, because Cure is cast so often. It just ends up being very spammy and it's redundant with the yellow casting line. Personally I think having a chat line for Cure II is a good idea until the early-to-mid-20s, but after that, it gets spammy too. In general, if it's a spell that 1) often needs to be followed up by other actions, like a provoke, or 2) is important not to overlap with another caster, or 3) is not cast more than once per battle, a chat line is useful in my opinion.

      I'm using a very different approach. I got one line of macros for targeting that look like this:

      /target <p1>
      /echo <t> targeted

      With these macros I can target everybody in my party. Then the second line of macros is for all the spells, Cure I, Cure II, Cure III, Regen, etc. That way I can cast every beneficial spell on every character if need be, with just 2 macros.

      The other advantage is that if I have a main tank doing his job well, I don't need to change targets very often. And curing him with <t> is faster than curing with <st>. And I can use the same macros on people not in my group.

      Of course the debuffs etc. are on <bt>, the above set up is just for the spells you'd want to cast on other players.

        I dont understand Tobold so you have 6 macros to target your groupmates? Why dont you just press F1 to F6 to select your group?

        @Thread
        I use 6 Macros /ma "Cure II" <me> to <p5>
        and a 7th macro /ma "Cure III" <t>

        They are all unter ALT 1-7 th last 3 ALT macros are for buffs which i chance frequently for each enemy. For example poisona and barpoisona for crawlers.

        Under CTRL i have all debuffs lined up where the last 3 are my Job abilitys for quick use.
