Is Taru RSE worth it?

I'd recommend the the taru RSE a whole ton especially if you plan on doing any sort of farming or questing alone. That Boost to physical stats will help you a whole ton. More HP also means that if some mob goes haywire and hits you for a whole ton of damage, there's a less of a chance you'll get one-shotted.

The RSE Body looks like it will benefit me at this stage, so may buy that and sell the one i get from the quest.
