Best Way to 30 WHM?

Im going just to lvl up my whm to lvl 6 blm when I hit 18. Going later for Bard/whm and dont need to lvl up the subjob so much.

For me, this is the path I took.

Level WHM to 18, while getting RDM to 9 (constant levelling of WHM gets kinda boring, and killing monsters for Crystals as a Galka is not only good for gil, but is very fast since he's a good melee class).

Soloing until level 13 isn't really a problem, since you can usually do "decent" damage with a club (even better with a staff, but you're sacrificing extra damage and skill level with staff <--> club). By then, you'll have Cure II (you get it at level 11, anyway), and parties will pretty much welcome you when you're Seeking Party at Valkurm (I've never really had a problem finding a party in Valkurm ^^).

Stay in Valkurm until 18, get your subjob items if you haven't already, then continue levelling your WHM and RDM to level 20 and level 10, respectively. When you hit 20, buy/obtain four Gaussebit Grasses for the Chocobo quest, and make your way to Jeuno. When you finish the Chocobo quest, you can either go back to San d'Oria/Bastok to finish unfinished business, or stay in Jeuno, where you'll spend your next/last ten levels in Qufim.

It's been a relatively easy path for me right now as a WHM.
