can't equip staff and sheild...

.....at the same time is that right??? i just thought id work my butt off to upgrade and now i cant equip both items at the same time (which just about defeats the need to buy them)

any ideas or help would be real usefull, thanks

Yeah unfortunately a staff is a two handed weapon. You can only use a club/wand/rod with a shield.
