well im still learning but i dont relaly get the point as WHM mage being main now since i heard u can sub any job. If that was the case wouldnt peole wnat to be BLK mage main and WHM mage sub since their lvls would be 70/35 at max. Allowing pure blk mages to res a fallen. Could somoene explain to me the advantages of being white as main and black as sub. or is black as main better?

Quite simply, that depends on whether you want to be healing or hurting. A white mage main is a far better healer, and you'll get Raise II which is extremely helpful. A BLM sub basically just gives you more mana... you won't be attacking.
With black mage as your main, you'll get a few handy things from your WHM sub, but you'll basically spend all your time killing stuff.
