Hmm..WHM(Mage)/NIN?

It may sound a bit funny, but it just got me to thinking that to equip two one hand staffs with stats on them would kind of help...Dont flame I know i've heard all that, "It's a terrible combo!" crap before. All i'm asking is if it would help.

It's either +5 or so more in MND and/or INT, or a couple hundred more MP plus half of the BLM's abilities. Your pick.

Well you would also get some Ninja Ninjitsu(sp?) abilities correct? Some deal damage to. Thank you for not flaming lol.

Mmm... have you seen any low level ninjas use level 1 offensive ninjutsu spells while in a PT before or something, John? O.o It barely does like 5 damage while fighting totetote monsters after magic bursting (it probably has a lot to do with having a low ninjutsu skill level among other things.) They can only do decent damage with level 2 ninjutsu and that doesn't come until later levels. And by the time you are able to use the Blink ninjutsu your white mage will already be able to use the MP-consuming version anyway, as opposed to the gil-consuming version. It doesn't seem practicle.

Actually no I haven't The only Ninja's i've seen are higher up in levels and we only have a few in our linkshell that i've never seen either lol. But thanks Maxim I was just curious about that combo.

Dual wield can be used with any one-handed weapon, which includes one-handed swords, staffs, daggers, katana, and axes.

In order to post multiple pictures you must first upload each individual pictures on to another host that supports cross linking located somewhere else. Then you link it back to this forum using the IMG tag.

ty maxim for the info about multiple posts....i might now consider having ninja as a subjob when i get NA now ...with dual weild do you get increased attack speed?? cuz if not why take off the defense points for another 1h weapon

WHM/NIN will probably be my retail job combo alongside WAR as my sub.

Two Hammers will help WHM dish more damage if you like to melee or you can equip two wands for a whopping bonus to MND. It's one of those outside the box combos but can work depending on how you play.
