Most useful spells

Haven't found this topic on the board yet, so I was wondering what spells people recommend buying/getting for WHM, and what spells are just a waste of money, and useful macro combos. For example, I find buying Protesu useless since you can buy Protea anyway which uses the same MP and works for the whole party.

My faves so far (I am only Level 17)
- Protea
- Shellra
- Banish (useful for early levels)
- Dia
- Cure, CureII, Curega
- Paraize

Wasteful:
- Protesu
- Shell
- BanishGa (usually only fight one monster at a time)

Most useful macros:
- Cast protesu + shellra
- Cast Paraizu + Dia
