What exactly does paralysis do?

I was under the impression that it would make the enemy imobile, but it doesn't. So, what is it used for???

The spell randomly prevents an enemy/person from attacking or successfully casting a spell. At only 6 mp it becomes incredibly useful, especially when stuff hits for 40-80 in 1 round and you get the mp savings just from that. And it is also annoying as hell when you have it on yourself and can't remove it -.- You will see some yellow text when it works.

Bind is the spell that keeps something from moving, however bind is very unreliable.
